Who We Are
“You cannot be an effective leader if you don't have a personal practice to bring your best self to the world everyday.”
- Mark Bertolini, CEO Aetna
InnerSpace is a community for entrepreneurs that strive to build happy, effective and purposeful organizations. We believe in the power of authentic relationships and the importance of intentional culture. We strive to practice the same values in our workplaces - compassion, generosity, vulnerability - that we do in our personal lives.
